About Customer Growth Partners

CGP founder Craig Johnson, has over 30 years’ experience in retail/consumer industries in senior executive or consulting roles, with deep skills in market research, forecasting, marketing and merchandising.  Johnson regularly meets with most major Retail CEOs, in public or IR-controlled settings.  His past retail or research clients include Abercrombie & Fitch, BJ’s Wholesale, JC Penney, Lands’ End, Lowe’s, Nordstrom, Walmart, Williams-Sonoma and mall operators such as Westfield.  Since developing a suite of research products for the buy-side in 2010-11, CGP discontinued all consulting work for publicly-traded companies to avoid any potential conflicts and to preclude any exposure to inside information or proprietary data.
